With Grand View Software your organization can manage all of your membership records from an intuitive web based interface. Information is updated in real time and the software promotes distributed data entry and management by allowing Lodge Secretaries to interact directly with the database. There is no need to worry about data integrity as the software is engineered to retain historical information so if a secretary or user makes an error that change is easily corrected or rolled back to the previous state. There is also a verification system where all changes can be reviewed and approved through the Grand Lodge.

The lodge locator functionality includes robust and intuitive search features as well as a map-based search where lodge details can be quickly and easily found by traveling brethren.
Grand View is a hosted application meaning there is no need for you to maintain expensive servers or big Internet connections. All information is stored in our secure datacenters on state of the art virtual server platforms. What all this means is that you won’t need an IT guy to use Grand View. You won’t have to worry about backing up the data or what you’ll do in the event of a problem. Our experienced team of system administrators and developers handle all aspects of managing and maintaining the database and hosting servers. This reduces downtime and expenses and lets you focus on your task at hand.
Your data is backed up on regular intervals and you are provided with a backup of that information on a quarterly basis. If you need more frequent backups or would like to have the information replicated to a server at your location we are happy to work with you to achieve those goals. (Note: additional costs may be incurred for offsite replication of the database.)
